He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Byron Presley and Joanna Price Presley. He is survived by: his children, Michael Presley (Catherine) and Catherine Wren (Charlie); his grandchildren, Clayton Presley, Micah Presley, Waylon Presley, Krystyana Maese, Angelina Fleming, Gabriella Dawson and Jackson Wren; and his brothers, Danny Presley and Sammy Presley (Brenda).

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Petty Baptist Church (25397 Farm Road 137, Petty, TX 75470).
