He is survived by: his wife Nita Kay Scarbrough Allen; his siblings, Tim Allen (Darcy), Sheila Albrecht (Jim), Deb Hamilton (Al) and Penny Marlette (Kevin); and his stepchildren, Toni Davis Barnes (Todd), Brenda Steed Holiski (John) and Billy Mac Steed (Kim).
