She is survived by: her husband Delbert Chumbley; her daughter Larissa Neel (Dennis) of Commerce; her siblings, James Finch (Phillis) of Tyler and Nell Thompson of Blossom; her grandchildren, Melissa Shull (Brent) of Royce City, Crystal Ricoy (Carlos) of Garland, Blake Neel of Garland and Daniel Neel of Dallas; and her great grandchildren, Xavier Brown, Adrian Ricoy, Jacob Baca and Isabella Neel-Embro. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.
