He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lohaus and Martha Lohaus; his significant other Barbara Ann Hasty; his parents-in-law, Robert and Ruby Hasty; his siblings, Lawrence, Walter Lohaus and Margaret Louise Lohaus; and his siblings-in-law, Lary Hamline, Edison Parker, Jr., Marvin Sander, Arnold Rentz, Hilda and Evelyn Lohaus.

He is survived by: his uncle Sam; and his siblings, Richard K. Lohaus (Ruth), Henryetta Sander, Katherine Parker and Leona Rentz.
