He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Blackburn and Margaret Isom Blackburn; and his siblings, Donald Blackburn (Peggy), Mike Blackburn, Nelda Templeton (Sonny) and Camelia Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Emmy Blackburn; his children, Bebo Cantrell (Phil), Susan Coston (Bubba) and Dana Parker (Roy); his grandchildren, Kristy Blackshear (Colin), Kelly Freelen (James), Jeff Pasquill (Keely), Alyssa Woodall (Landon) and Aaron Parker; his great grandchildren, Emalee, Baylee Freelen, Cash, Lee Blackshear, Laney, Landry, Lexi Woodall, Jensen and Easton Pasquill; his great great grandchild Suttyn Sanchez; his sisters-in-law, Becky Blackburn and Gale Hervey (Buford); and his nieces, Donna Moffitt and Gina Blackburn.
