She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lee and Alma Burkett Atkinson; and her sister Margaret Washburn. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Owens; her sons, Johnny Atkinson (Crystal) and Harold Davis (Alicia); her grandchildren, Ashley Cona, Sarah Parks, Robie Davis, Christopher Davis, Candace Doggett and Lauren Doggett; her sister Jeanie Brown; and her nephews, Bobby Spiva, Adrew Blake Steinruck and Jeffrey Steinruck. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bright-Holland Funeral Home (2601 Lamar Ave, Paris, TX 75460). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
