He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Joe and Lucille Ann Reeves Cullum; his brothers, Billy Cullum and Ronald Cullum; and his nephew Sammy.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Cullum of Blossom; his children, George Keith Cullum, Jr. (Jennifer) of Paris, James Flood (KaDonna) of Blossom, Amanda Khan of Hugo, OK and Bobbie Jo Thompson (Ronnie) of Hugo, OK; and his brothers, Carl Cullum (Tina) of Paris and Samuel "Sammy" Cullum (Tammy) of Blossom. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, one great grandchild.
