He is survived by: his wife Laurie Campbell; his daughter Lacey Minter (Keith); his siblings, Linda Rhodes (Jerry) and Jim Caldwell (Carla); his nieces and nephews, Shona Gross (Jeremy), Savanha Barnes (Aaron), Casey Caldwell (Daria) and Richard Fryar (Kay); his siblings-in-law, Dobie Campbell and Clint Campbell; and his pet Sissy. He is also survived by several great-nieces and nephews; many friends.
