He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Harold Seay. He is survived by: his mother Elwanda Kent Seay (Kent) of Franklin, Wisconsin; his spouse Phyliss Ann Seay (Lane); his stepchildren, Angela Whipkey (Bill) of Blossom and Justin Bounds (Jennifer) of Blossom; his stepgrandchildren, Ollivia, Isiah, Jose, Benjamin and Landry; and his siblings, Brian Seay of Mineola, Thomas Seay (Tammy) of Franklin, Wisconsin, Sherry Morgan (Gary) of Milford, TX and Lisa Winn (Mike) of Rosedale, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
