She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia Acreman and Charles Hare; her grandfather Vee Hare; her significant other Scott Branscum; her grandparent Mertie Hare; and her adoptive parents, Sam Bailey and Wanda Bailey.

She is survived by: her children, Tisha Alaniz (Ramon), Genie Brannan (Wesley) and Jacob Laza (Amber). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
