With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rita Hollingsworth (Blooming Grove, Texas), who passed away on January 6, 2020 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Gardner Moore, Sr. and Martha Payne Moore; her husband Bobby Gene Hollingsworth; her son Paul Gary Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Ruben Moore (Jack), Robert Moore (Mike), Reba Moore Thompson, Rozene Moore Shadix, Ralph Moore, Samuel Gardner Moore, Jr. and William Ray Moore.

She is survived by: her daughter Martha; her son-in-law Jeff Jenkins of Blooming Grove, TX; her grandchildren, Mandy, John Norwood of Houston, TX, Cody, Bristi Jenkins of Suwanee, GA, Amy and Jonathan Alvis of Spring, TX; her great grandchildren, Aikan, Ainslee, Blaiklee, Cainan Jenkins of Suwanee, GA, Sloane Alvis of Spring, TX, Jack and Eli Norwood of Houston, TX; and her sister-in-law Clara Hollingsworth of Midlothian, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
