As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Melanie Denise may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She is survived by: her parents, William Boothe and Carol Boothe; her children, Benjamin McFatridge, Savanna McFatridge, Daniel McFatridge and Meranda Fuselier; her sisters, Cynthia Boothe and Michele Shadle; and her friend Rosalio Garcia. She is also survived by grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home (1530 N 45th St, Corsicana, TX 75110). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Cemetery (300 Rose Hill Rd, Blooming Grove, TX 76626).
