She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Adam Moxley; her parents, Sterley Phil Palmer and Sheila M Leavitt (Allen); her brother Jayson Craig Leavitt; and her stepmother Janice Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, LeRoy Oliver Moxley (Sharon) of Bloomfield, MO, Brenda Frantz (Darren) of Anchorage, AL, Cassandra Moxley of Spokane, WA, Dawn Marie Taylor (Johnny) of Bloomburg, TX and Tammy Ann Moseley (Matthew) of Bear, DE; and her siblings, Brian Leavitt of Caribou, ME, Sterley Phil Palmer Jr., Bobby Palmer (Kim), Stuart Palmer of Bristol, CT, Terry Palmer, Rhonda Michaud (Brent) of Fort Fairfield, ME and JoAnna Leavitt of Fort Fairfield, ME. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
