He is survived by: his wife Sharon Spivey of Bloomburg, Texas; his daughters, Angela Bruner (D. J.) of Atlanta and Katie Spivey (Daniel Brumley) of Queen City, Texas; his siblings, Larry Spivey of Texarkana, Terry Spivey (Deb) of Texarkana, Texas, Myrel Ham (Kenneth) of Cass and Sheila Baugus of Cass, Texas; his sister-in-law Nikki Spivey of Cass, Texas; and his grandchildren, Hayden Bruner, Braden Spivey, Layken Bruner and Maddie Brumley. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
