He is survived by: his children, James Burnice Mangum III (Debbie) of Bloomburg, Texas and Gerri Turnage (James) of Bloomburg, Texas; and his siblings, Gerald Mangum and Sharon Ann Tucker of Evergreen, Louisiana. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
