He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stout and Virginia Neal Stout; his wife Ernestine Stout; his son-in-law Ronny Calhoun; his grandsons, Dustin Calhoun and Ayden Brown; and his sister Robbie Hinds.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Mason (Rob) of Bivins, Melanie Sheffield of Bloomburg, Kay Kay Brown of Bloomburg and Missy Davison (Billy) of Texarkana, Texas; his grandchildren, Chase Calhoun, Trevor Cornelius, Karli Sheffield, Peyton Brown, Alexis Waldum (Adam), Nicholas Mason, Kolby Mason and Mason Brown; and his siblings, Mike Stout (Christine) of Fouke, Dennis Stout (Kathy) of Doddridge, Arkansas and Mary Ann Speights of Texarkana, Texas. He is also survived by other friends and relatives.
