She was predeceased by: her husband Utah Sheffield; her son Samuel Sheffield; and her grandson Joe Sheffield. She is survived by: her children, James Sheffield (Dora) of Huntsville, David Sheffield (Becky) of Bloomburg, Donald Sheffield (Rhonda) of Bloomburg, Jerry Sheffield of Bloomburg, Judy Simpson (Willie) of Williamsburg, Kathy Stone of Bloomburg and Diana Francis (Sam) of Atlanta; and her sisters, Frances Stalcup of Atlanta and Christine Rachaner of The Woodlands. She is also survived by one grandchildren; thirty-nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
