He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sliva and Mary Kucera Sliva; his daughter Deborah Sliva; his siblings, Edward Sliva, Jr., John Sliva, Elijah Sliva, Bessie Mae Marek and Edith Watson; and his son-in-law Jeff Zbranek.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Buckley Sliva of Blessing; his children, Tony Sliva, Jr. (Judy), Danny Sliva, Sr. (Julie), Patrick Sliva and Patricia Zbranek; and his sister Victoria Garcia. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Donations in memory of Tony Sliva, Sr. may be made to St. Jude's Hospital, Shriners Hospital, or Water for Life/Life Outreach International.
