He was predeceased by: his parents, Ladislav Mondrik and Filomena Mondrik; and his siblings, George, Jerry, Robert Mondrik, Martha Salas and Ellen Hajovsky.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Dannels Mondrik; his children, Ellaine Cunningham (Dave), Frank John Mondrik Jr. and Michael Mondrik; his grandchildren, Randi Rickaway (MJ), Cole (Vera), Danielle, Jeremy, Michael Mondrik Jr. and Alan; his great grandchildren, Bailey, Katlin and Wade; his siblings, Rosie Olsovsky and Eddie Mondrik; his nephews, Eugene Salas, George Mondrik Jr., David Mondrik and David Dannels; and his grandson Trey Longoria. He is also survived by eight children, he had many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews.
