He was predeceased by: his father Kermitt Marshall; his daughter Toni Gayle Marshall; his sister Beverly Simpson; his stepmother Jean Marshall; and his niece Amelia Coffman.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Smith Marshall (Jean-Pierre Bex) of San Antonio; his wife Sherri Marshall of Blanket; his son Van; his daughter-in-law Cindy Marshall of Brownwood; his son Cole; his daughter-in-law Patricia Marshall of Pearland; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Addison, Caedmon, Ellington Marshall of Brownwood, Paxton, Linden and Hollin Marshall of Pearland; and his sisters, Suzanne Coffman (Jimmy) of Early, Laura West of New Braunfels and Jane Odom (Zane) of Jasper. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
