He is survived by: his wife Marian Elaine Smith of Blanco; his children, Cindy Turner (Steve) of Folsom, Louisiana and William Craig Noonan of Houston, Texas; his siblings, Barbara (Bob Seales), Bonnie Bacon of Willis, Frank Culberson of Sparks, Ginger (Joe Snow), Janie Baugh of Willis, Joe (Melinda Noonan), Barry (Stephanie Noonan) and Bobby (Kim Noonan); his grandchildren, Micah Turner (Karah) of Covington, Ethan Turner of Covington and Sophia Turner of Covington; and his former wife Vickie Hunt of Covington.
