He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Warren Wagner and Beulah Wagner (Dyer); his wife Janice O. Wagner (Treadwell); and his brother Warren Wagner. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Smarr, Crystal Wagner and Chanda Serhus; his grandchildren, Leon, Gabrielle and Shaelyn; and his nieces and nephews, JD and Maureen.
