He was predeceased by: his wife Claude-Dale S. Hewitt (Mushy); his parents, Ray Evans and Lela; and his brother Bud Evans. He is survived by: his son Ethan Evans (Tosha) of New Braunfels; and his sisters, Beth Evans of Blanco and Judy Evans of Blanco. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
