He was predeceased by: his parents, William Glaze and Hallie Glaze; and his sister Barbara Hurst. He is survived by: his wife Deanna Meeks Glaze of Blanco; his children, Holly Ann Glaze Rakowitz, Rex Alan Glaze, Ovey Scott Glaze and Allen Wayne McMicken; and his niece Susan Hensley. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
