He was predeceased by: his parent Ioannis Ousaklidis (Yanni). He is survived by: his mother Wanda Ousaklidis; his fiancée Jaqueline Davis; his son Ioannis K. Ousaklidis; his siblings, Anastasia, Eleni and Stavros; and his grandparents, Patricia Allen and Charles Arrington Sr.. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
