He was predeceased by : his parents, Stanley Kubin and Rose Kubin; his siblings, Daniel Kubin, Dorothy Janacek, Rita Gregory, Margaret Cutbirth and Bernadette Eilers; and his children, Mark Patrick Kubin, Ty Mathew Kubin and Kelly Ann Kubin. He is survived by : his wife Nettie Fay Kubin; his children, Tammy Feliece Jupe, Earl Kubin (Dawn), John P. Kubin, Troy Kubin (Jackie) and Brian Kubin (Robyn Bailey); and his sister Mary Ann Fischer. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
