She was predeceased by: her husband Rory Alan Boatright; her parents, Weldon Elbert West and Lillian Bernice Smith West; her grandparents, Bennie, Nealie Townsend Smith, Ollie and Hattie Massey West; her siblings, Ann Nell, Sarah Beth, Bennie Edward, William Weldon (Bill) and Michael Flannery; and her stepson Matthew Boatright.
She is survived by: her children, Colt (Amy Petri) and Keisha Petri; her stepchildren, Michael (Tahra Boatright) and Megan Boatright Coats (Jonathan); and her siblings, Nealie Jane Burks, Annie Janice Granberg, Lew Massey West, Sheila Elizabeth Felps and Neil Craig West. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
