She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie J. Schmidt and Helena Marie Schmidt (O'Bryant); her husband James Emil Meurer, Sr. of Mary's Catholic Cemetery; her siblings, Leroy Schmidt, Milton Schmidt and Lilian Walker; and her daughters-in-law, Karen Perrett and Deanna Meurer.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Meurer, Jimi Meurer (Julie) and David Meurer. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Crofts-Crow Funeral Home - Blanco (911 Mesquite St, Blanco, TX 78606). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church (25 Main St, Blanco, TX 78606). A Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery (383 Farm to Market Rd 473, Blanco, TX 78606).
