He was predeceased by: his parents, P. B. Wagner and Erma Wagner; his wife Maxine; his siblings, Hazel Sparkman, Virginia Robinson and Wallace "Tooter" Wagner; and his in-laws, Rudolph and Erna Liesmann.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Wagner Russell and Perry Lynn Wagner (Jan); and his grandchildren, Stacy Bauer (Brian), Kari Behrends (Wayne), Shelee Padget and Garrett Granberg. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
