He was predeceased by: his father Francisco Madrid; his grandparents, Lucina, Francisco Herrera, Inez and Maria Madrid; and his aunt Cruz Madrid.
He is survived by: his parent Natividad Herrera; his nephew Javier Madrid; his children, Evelyn Rayos (Jim), Miley Madrid (Sarah), Marisela Madrid-Aguirre (Miguel) and Irma Madrid; his grandchildren, Briana Alexis, Victoria Rianne, Joshua Thomas, Lourdes Nicole, Dominic Levox, Jacek Austin, Navaeh Noemi, Reyna Michelle, Ethan Ryan, Aislinn Grace and Ian Matthew; his great grandchild OllieB; his pet Max; and his siblings, Frank Madrid (Sylvia), Linda Madrid Yorkman and Velma Lara.
