He is survived by: his wife Jane Ellison of Blackwell; his daughter Ame Bennett (Terry) of Sweetwater; his daughter-in-law Carol Ellison of Sweetwater; his grandchildren, Brandy Thompson (Tony), Lori Kidd, Ashton Guelker (Craig), A. J. Monroe and Mark Monroe (Victoria); his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Thompson, Keylan, Kyler, Karli Kidd, Karalyn Monroe, Kase Monroe, Tyler, Trace, Craig and Olivia Guelker; and his great great grandchild Peyton Kendall.
