He is survived by: his wife Vicki Keith of Bivins, Texas; his children, Scott Keith (Jo Strinz) of Red Oak, Iowa, LeaAnn Keith Fields (Rod) of Knoxville, Shelly Keith Hersh (Eric) of Smithville and Rachael Phillips (Jerry) of McLeod, Texas; his grandchildren, Jenifre Keith Wilcoxson (Josh) of Red Oak, Mykal Keith (Brandon King) of Council Bluffs, Baeleigh Keith (Robbie Marco) of Omaha, Kelsey Fields Kinkaid (Trent) of Knoxville, Kristin Fields, Logan Creech of Oklahoma City, Coby Hersh of Smithville, Logan Guilbeault (Caroline), Tyler Guilbeault (Caitlin Covey) and Jaydan Phillips; his sister Vicki Keith Mosier (Roy) of Kansas City, Missouri; and his niece Missy Mosier Williams (Paul) of Kansas City. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
