She is survived by: her children, John Jackson (Denise) and Lori Otken (Wesley); her grandchildren, David Jackson (Amanda), Jennifer Squyres (Zach), Erin Leitz (Tate) and Ashley Otken; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Squyres, Jenna Squyres and Ava Kate Leitz.
