He was predeceased by: his parents, James Uyless and Gussie Mae Daniels; his daughters, Gayla Akin and Tina Richardson; his grandson Micah Richardson Jr.; and his siblings, June Bradford, Debbie Hawkins and Jerry Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Winnie Daniels; his children, Jimmy Daniels, Tenyah Akin, Labrisha Wilder (Jackie), David Johnson (Brenda), Mike Johnson (Mary), Beverly White (Dennis) and Nancy Thomas (Mat); and his sister Jill Norris (Tom). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous special nieces and nephews.
