He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Pemberton and Jeane Pemberton; and his sister Jeanne Hale. He is survived by: his wife Judy Pemberton of Bivins; his daughter Jami Hudgens (Wade) of Hallsville; his siblings, Mike Herzog of Clifton, Lois Hamby of Forney, Linda Gilchrist of Oklahoma City, Sharron Tucker of Kemp, Vickie Reites of Crandall and Sondra Trease of Westville; and his grandchildren, Hunter Hudgens, Dylan Bradshaw, Carsyn Hudgens, Olivia Hudgens and Peyton Winner.
