She is survived by: her children, Fred Mahaffey of Rusk, Texas and Martha Perella (Greg) of Zephyrhills, Florida; and her siblings, John C. Larson and Carleen Farrell (Lee) of Lantana, Florida. She is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
