It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maria Valenzuela of Bishop, Texas, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Fernando Valenzuela Sr.; and her parents, Francisco Gonzalez and Hortenica Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, Fernando Valenzuela II (Kryssie) of Corpus Christi and Yvette Morgan of Corpus Christi; her grandchildren, Noah Fernando of Corpus Christi, Texas, Ava Julia Valenzuela of Corpus Christi, Texas, Alexis Marie of Corpus Christi, Texas, Priscilla Kristine Morgan of Corpus Christi, Texas and Mariana Lizette Navarro of Corpus Christi, Texas; and her siblings, Josie Olvera and Cano Gonzalez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
