He is survived by: his children, Laura A. Martinez (Tomas), Michael J. Alvarez and Corina Alvarez; his grandchildren, Emilee Rivera, Ryan Rivera, Dominic Martinez, Thomas Martinez, Michelle L. Aguilar (Jay), Steven Colunga, Marissa M. Alvarez, Mia Alvarez, Allicea D. Salinas (Jorge), Matthew A. Sanchez and Ernest Sanchez; his great grandchildren, Hazel Colunga and Jorge Salinas, Jr.; his siblings, Linda Solis, JoAnn Samora (Albert) and Romeo Alvarez; and his brother-in-law Ramiro Ramirez (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
