She was predeceased by: her husband Jose V. Ramirez; her parents, Enrique Salinas and Corina Salinas; and her siblings, Pura, Cleo, Rosavla, Mario, Roel and Caesar.
She is survived by: her children, Alicia R. Alvarez (Jesse) of Bishop and Dr. Ramiro Ramirez (Donna) of San Antonio; her siblings, Olga Salinas of Pharr, Marianela Cantu of Laredo and Noe Salinas (Elda) of Michigan; and her grandchildren, Laura Martinez (Tomas), Michael Alvarez, Corina Alvarez, David Desai Ramirez, Dr. Elizabeth Ramirez and Daniel Ramirez. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
