With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Jo Cooper of Bishop, Texas, born in Pearsall, Texas, who passed away on March 26, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Johnson and Lucille Johnson (Cavender); her husband Bobby Cooper; and her brother Marcus "Buddy" Johnson. She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Hughes (Stephen), Dana Strubhart (Anthony) and Lisa Malesky (David); her grandchildren, Jennifer Borderud (Josh), Adam Hughes, Lindsey Muennink (Cody), Laura Tesch (Derek) and Allison Klar (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Russell Cooper Borderud (R. C.), Lillian Borderud (Lillie), Carson Tesch, Cooper Tesch, Caesen Klar and Lacey Klar.
