With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Paul Vaughn of Big Spring, Texas, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dallas Vaughn and Susanne Frances Vaughn (Kaseta). He is survived by: his foster son Matthew Aaron Payne of Big Spring, TX.. He is also survived by three brothers.
