He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Draper and Tacoma Draper; and his wife Helen Simpson. He is survived by: his sons, David Draper (Sara) of Midland and Kelly Draper (Terry) of Llano; and his grandchildren, Jason Draper, Big Spring and Stephanie Proctor.
