He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Soto and Dora Soto; his sons, Tommy Soto, Jr. and Armando Jesus Soto (Ruth Soto); and his siblings, Jesse Raul Soto and Maria Guadalcazar.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Loya; his siblings, Domingo Soto (Paula) and Oralia Reyna (Jerry); his daughter-in-law Charla Soto; and his grandchildren, Trey Soto (Paula), Christina Perez (Josh), Tony Soto (Kelsey) and Teryn Thomasson (Blake). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many many nieces and nephews.
