He was predeceased by: his father Truell Lewis; and his brother David Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Melba Martin Lewis; his wife Susan Lewis; his daughter April Lewis; and his father-in-law Bossie Weaver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins.
