He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene "Bucky" Strope and Dora Strope. He is survived by: his children, Brandon (Melissa Strope) of Borger and Hilary (David Morales) of Midland; his grandchildren, Kylie and Aubrey; and his daughters, Hannah Strope of San Antonio and Rachel Strope (Nancy Baltazar).
