She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Hernandez and Gilberta Hernandez; her husband Antonio Martinez; her sisters, Mary Lou and Sally Gomez; her niece Ann Gomez; and her stepfather Claudio Rodriquez.

She is survived by: her children, Janel Paredez (Jimi), Crystal Young (Xavian), Tonilynn Martinez (Mathew), Kassandra Martinez and Antonio Martinez III (Angelina); and her siblings, Patsy Barton (Robert), Irma Rodriguez (Ray), Joe Gomez (Maria) and Louis Hernandez (Amy). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
