We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Soto of Big Spring, Texas, born in Mercedes, Texas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Armando Soto and Tommy, Jr.; her parents, Marcella and Rafael Luevanos, Sr.; and her brother Juan Solis.
She is survived by: her former husband Tomas Soto, Sr.; her son Tomas Soto, Jr.; her husband Tommy Soto; her daughter-in-law Charla Soto; her grandchildren, Trey Soto, Christina Perez, Tony Soto and Teryn Thomasson; and her brothers, Noe Luevanos and Rafael Luevanos, Jr.. She is also survived by one sister, Mary Weeks, and so many nieces and nephews.
