He was predeceased by: his mother Oleta Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Denise Weaver; his father Boosie Weaver; his children, Marci Rogers (True), Shelby Weaver and Jarrett Weaver; his grandchildren, Brooke Friar, Josh Snider, Cicely Friar, Tansley Rogers and Marcellous Rogers; and his siblings, Susan Lewis (Tommy) and Casey Weaver (Amy).
