She was predeceased by: her mothers, Kay Wayne Lewis and Lucy Cathcart Lewis. She is survived by: her siblings, Karen Beth Lewis and Kevin Wayne Lewis (Roxann Lewis); her nieces, Cristen Lewis Lott (Christopher Lott) and Candice Lewis Blaylock (John Blaylock); and her great-nephew Grant Lewis Blaylock.
