She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Wood; her daughters, Shelley Choate (Mark) of Big Spring and Stacey Palmer (Clarence) of Big Spring; her brother Larry Hamner (Nancy) of Waxahachie; and her grandchildren, Jason Choate (Melanie) of Abilene, Kristin Keefer (Jesse) of Dennison, Caleb Choate (Brynne) of Palestine, Brett Griffin (Brittney) of Hobbs, NM, Erin Defay (Cal) of Sneads Ferry, NC, Brionna Sandridge (Skylier) of Big Spring, Faith Parum of College Station, Kylie Palmer of Lamesa and Aubrey Parum of Big Spring. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association.
